PRIVACY POLICY

1. DATA PROTECTION AT A GLANCE

1.1 INTRODUCTION

1.2 GENERAL INFORMATION

The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data by which you can be personally identified. For more detailed information on data protection, please refer to my privacy policy below this text.

1.3 DATA COLLECTION ON THIS WEBSITE

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA COLLECTION ON THIS WEBSITE?

The data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator, i.e. me: Anna Fejér. You can find my contact details in the imprint and under the section "Notice about the responsible party" in this privacy policy.

HOW DO I COLLECT YOUR DATA?

On one hand, your data is collected when you provide it to us. This can be, for example, data that you send me when you send me an e-mail. Other data is collected automatically—or with your consent—by my IT systems when you visit the website. This is mainly technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of page view). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter this website.

WHAT DO I USE YOUR DATA FOR?

Some of the data is collected in order to ensure error-free provision of the website. Other data may be used to analyse user behaviour.

WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE REGARDING YOUR DATA?

You have the right to receive information free of charge at any time about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to demand the correction or deletion of this data. If you have given your consent to data processing, you can revoke this consent at any time for the future. You also have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. You can contact me at any time about this and other questions on the subject of data protection.

1.4 ANALYSIS TOOLS AND TOOLS FROM THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

When visiting this website, your surfing behaviour may be statistically analysed. This is mainly done with so-called analysis programmes. Detailed information on these analysis programmes can be found in the following privacy policy.

2. HOSTING AND CONTENT DELIVERY NETWORK

2.1 HOSTING

I host the content of my website with the following provider:

WIX

The provider is Wix.com Ltd, 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel (hereinafter "WIX").

WIX is a tool for creating and hosting websites. When you visit my website, WIX analyses user behaviour, visitor sources, the region of the website visitor and visitor numbers. WIX stores cookies on your browser that are necessary for the presentation of the website and to ensure security (these are the necessary cookies).

The data collected via WIX can be stored on various servers worldwide.

The WIX servers are located in the USA, among other places. Details can be found in the data protection declaration of WIX: https://de.wix.com/about/privacy.

According to WIX, data transfer to the USA and other third countries is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission or comparable guarantees according to Art. 46 DSGVO. Details can be found here: https://de.wix.com/about/privacy-dpa-users.

The use of WIX is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. I have a legitimate interest in the most reliable presentation of my website. Insofar as a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO and § 25 para. 1 TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user's terminal device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. The consent can be revoked at any time.

The company is certified according to the "EU-US Data Privacy Framework" (DPF). The DPF is an agreement between the European Union and the USA, which is intended to ensure compliance with European data protection standards for data processing in the USA. Any company certified under the DPF undertakes to comply with these data protection standards. For more information, please contact the provider at the following link:

detail?contact=true&id=a2zt0000000GnbGAAS&status=Active

2.2 ORDER PROCESSING

I have concluded a contract on order processing (AVV) for the use of the above-mentioned service. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that this service only processes the personal data of my website visitors in accordance with my instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

2.3 CONTENT-DELIVERY-NETWORK
WHAT IS A CONTENT-DELIVERY-NETWORK?

I use a so-called Content Delivery Network (CDN) on my website. A CDN helps to load the website quickly and without problems. In the process, your personal data is also stored, managed and processed on the servers of the CDN provider used. In the following, I will go into more detail about the service and its data processing. You will find detailed information on how your data is handled in the respective provider's privacy policy.

Each Content Delivery Network (CDN) is a network of regionally distributed servers that are all connected to each other via the Internet. Via this network, website content (especially very large files) can be delivered quickly and smoothly even during large load peaks. The CDN creates a copy of my website on your servers. Since these servers are distributed worldwide, the website can be delivered quickly. The data transfer to your browser is therefore significantly shortened by the CDN.

WHY DO I USE A CONTENT DELIVERY SERVICE FOR MY WEBSITE?

Quite simply: so that the page loads faster. There are many images on my website, some of which are large and have high resolution, so that my work can be best displayed. The use of a CDN is especially helpful when you access the website from abroad, because it is delivered from a server near you.

WHAT DATA IS PROCESSED?

When you request a website or the content of a website and it is cached in a CDN, the CDN forwards the request to the server closest to you and the server delivers the content. Your browser may send personal data to the Content Delivery Network I use. This includes data such as IP address, browser type, browser version, which website is loaded or the time and date of the page visit. This data is collected and stored by the CDN. Whether cookies are used for data storage depends on the network used. This website uses Google Cloud CDN, see below for more information.

HOW YOU CAN OBJECT TO THIS

If you want to completely prevent this data transfer, you can install a JavaScript blocker (see, for example, https://noscript.net/) on your PC. Of course, our website will then no longer be able to offer the usual service (such as fast loading speed).

LEGAL BASIS

Processing is carried out to protect our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website.

If you have consented to the use of a content delivery network, the legal basis of the corresponding data processing is this consent. According to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO (consent), this consent constitutes the legal basis for the processing of personal data as it may occur when collected by a content delivery network.

On my part, there is also a legitimate interest in using a content delivery network to optimise my online service and make it more secure. The corresponding legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO (Legitimate Interests). Nevertheless, we only use the tool if you have given your consent.

GOOGLE CLOUD CDN

I use the Content Delivery Network of the following provider:

Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland

This data may also be transferred to: Google LLC, USA

Google also processes data in the USA, among other places. I would like to point out that according to the opinion of the European Court of Justice, there is currently no adequate level of protection for the transfer of data to the USA. This may be associated with various risks to the lawfulness and security of data processing.

Google uses so-called standard contractual clauses (= Art. 46 para. 2 and 3 GDPR) as the basis for data processing for recipients based in third countries (outside the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, i.e. in particular the USA) or for data transfer there. Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) are templates provided by the EU Commission and are intended to ensure that your data comply with European data protection standards even if they are transferred to third countries (such as the USA) and stored there. Through these clauses, Google undertakes to comply with the European level of data protection when processing your relevant data, even if the data is stored, processed and managed in the US. These clauses are based on an implementing decision of the EU Commission. You can find the decision and the corresponding standard contractual clauses here, among other places: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX:32021D0914.

Google provides a contract on commissioned processing in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO, which acts as the data protection basis for our customer relationship with Google. The content of this contract refers to the EU standard contractual clauses. You can find the order processing conditions here: https://business.safety.google/intl/en/adsprocessorterms/

You can find out more about the data processed through the use of Google Cloud in the Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en-GB
